Ferris Wheel with Poly Pockets, Ballerina with balloons, Cowgirl, Slide Girl, Boat Girl, and Rail Guy which moves. You can dance and play in this hat. Everything is balanced for wear. There are 2 pictures of the side and back. One is without the ribbon along the connection line and one is with. Let me know which one you prefer. The ribbon is only tacked in place. Hat fits 21 3/4" with the foam to 23" without the foam. Foam has a sticky back. Easy to remove without residue. New!
