A Huge Thank You to First Baptist Church!

Big Lalo’s started great this 2025! With Catering First Baptist Church for choosing us to cater their recent event for 250guests!

It was an honor to serve such a wonderful community.

For this special occasion, we prepared a fiesta of flavors:

Sizzling Fajitas: Our guests enjoyed both Chicken and Beef Fajitas, cooked to perfection with all the fixings.
Hearty Sides: Delicious Charro Beans and flavorful Rice complemented the fajitas beautifully.
Fresh and Colorful: Our Salad Bar was a hit, featuring Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Shredded Cheese and our delicious salsas.
And you can’t go wrong with our traditional Supreme Nachos topped with our delicious taco meat.

The Comanche Football team craved something special, and we answered the call! We crafted a unique menu to power their end of season Banquet for 170 people
