Stretch your legs and opt for an outdoor wedding. From lush gardens and babbling streams to crashing waves on Lake Superior and woodland nooks, there are countless beautiful backdrops for an outdoor wedding.

Outdoor weddings offer more space to mingle than indoor ones. Ceremony sites incorporate the natural surroundings and rather than rotating between their table, the dance floor, and the bar during the reception, guests have the luxury of roaming the grounds of the venue and enjoying the great outdoors. Many venues like Sitio Weddings & Events, pictured below, have beautifully landscaped grounds that are worth exploring.

Is your party size over 100? Since our Greenhouse tops out at 100, we have a dedicated tent space that is adjacent to the Greenhouse.
We still utilize our beautiful Greenhouse for your catering, bar, dance party, gifts, and more!
What is our max capacity? We stick with 225 to ensure space and comfort.

Summer outdoor college job (May-October)

Job Title; Field crew - Tent installer

Job Description;
This is a seasonal job, ideal for college students staying in Duluth for the summer. Most work takes place outdoors and involves physical activity. Ideal for athletes or students that want to get/stay in shape. Hours can be flexible and accommodating.

Essential Qualifications;
-Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 pounds
-Work in an outdoor environment
-Able to work in a team environment and be willing to follow directions of Field Supervisor and other more experienced team members
-Be professional in appearance and behavior
-Be willing to work at a relatively fast pace and take initiative
-Mechanical aptitude preferred
-Have a strong attention to detail

Job Duties;
-Communicate in a friendly, professional, and effective manner with customers and co-workers
-Load and unload trucks and trailers
-Transport materials between vehicle and installation site
-construct , install, and remove multiple styles of tents and inflatable games
-Work in a focused, team environment
-Work within standard operating and safety procedures at all times
-Work in all weather conditions
-Have fun at work and enjoy the outdoors

Additional information;
-We really strive to provide a flexible and accommodating workplace
-Full time positions will be approximately 35+ hours per week
-Part time positions will be approximately 15+ hours per week
-Part time hours are VERY flexible during the school year
-All positions may include weekend work
-Overtime is available for those who seek it

Pay; $11.50 to $14.50 per hour
