The MEAT! .5 HP meat grinder - an absolute beast, shredding through 6 pounds of meat per minute

The Rovsun 25 pound sausage stuffer - holds up to 25 pounds at a time and makes sausage making much faster

BBQ can be really intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. Sure, smoking a brisket seems like a huge risk given the cost of beef and the price, but it’s totally worth it when you start slicing and tasting 🤤

Say it with me, folks: Prime Rib Brisket Brat. Something totally new out of the Follansbee BBQ test kitchen and the feedback so far has been very VERY good!

We take a prime brisket and slice it up and season it with our special Prime Rib Rub. Then grind it twice to a fine grind and stuff it into natural hog casings and twist them up to perfection.

Then it's time for that slow oakwood smoke to do it's job and bring them to the stratosphere of flavor!

I can guarantee you have never had anything like this before. Looking forward to a fun and exciting year serving up some new creations to you and yours at your private event.
