Tournament Week Has Officially Begun!
The excitement is in the air as the Blue Marlin Release Tournament kicks off today at the Hatteras Marlin Club, and the entire Red Sky Catering team couldn’t be more excited to be part of it.
All week long, we’ll be behind the scenes doing what we love most: bringing people together through great food, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences. While the captains and crews are chasing blue marlin offshore, our team will be preparing fresh coastal favorites, and plenty of opportunities to gather, celebrate, and share stories!
