Haley & Miller, what a wedding! 🤍🥂
A beautiful beach ceremony, signature cocktails by the marina, incredible coastal food, fresh beignets, and a dance floor full of love and laughter. These two knew how to celebrate!
One of our favorite moments? Bringing Haley and Miller their own little cocktail hour on the dock, complete with a Chef Board and their favorite drinks while they were taking photos. Because no Red Sky couple goes hungry on their wedding day!

Wedding days go by in a blur. Between the photos, the hugs, the happy tears, and trying to soak in every moment, it’s easy for the two people we’re celebrating to forget to eat.
Not on Chef Wes’s watch!
Whether it’s bringing a Chef Board out during photos, sneaking in a few appetizers, or making sure their plates are ready before anyone else’s, feeding our couples is always a priority.
Because taking care of people is what we love most. And on one of the biggest days of your life, you deserve to enjoy every bite, every sip, and every moment.

No one throws a party quite like Ashley Earnhardt with Ashley Earnhardt.
Karen Tesch wanted her husband Jeff’s 60th birthday to be more than a party. She wanted it to feel personal, thoughtful, and full of the people and things he loves most. And that’s exactly what this beautiful evening at their Corolla home became.
From a poolside surprise flash mob and sunset cocktails to a gorgeous tented dinner, six plated courses, a gorgeous cake and an Espresso Martini Tower to finish the night.
Chef Wes personally joined our Red Sky Catering team in the kitchen to cook for this very special table.
Beautiful food, beautiful details, and an incredible group of Outer Banks vendors bringing it all together. This is why we LOVE what we do.
