Join us for a 1-day class featuring Christmas traditions from all over the world centered on giving. From Brazil to Sweden, hearts are warmed everywhere by the kindness and cheer of the season that comes from many unique traditions. Through engaging folklore, crafting, and tasty treats, students will experience the universal joy that makes this season so special.

At this class we will make our own Finnish Himmeli ornaments, get excited about Julklapp giving, make and try food from multiple countries, and learn about many traditions through holiday folklore that inspires worldwide giving today!

From Germany's enchanting advent wreaths to the Philippines vibrant lantern festival, each country brings a unique brightness to the holiday season and has shaped how we celebrate Christmas today. Neither kit requires paint or glue so they are MESS FREE!

🎇The Light-up Sparkler Kit comes with:
•Craft supplies (pre-painted, cut, and coppered craft sticks, LED light, Coin battery, sparkler topper, stickers, and electrical tape)
•Picture instructions
•Information sheet about electrical circuits!
(You will need to provide scissors to cut the electrical tape)

🎆The Firework Hair Clip Kit comes with:
•Your choice of French Barrett or pin-up clips
•A variety of pre-cut patriotic ribbons and laces
•Picture instructions
(You also may want scissors (to shape/trim your ribbon), hot glue (to better secure it in place if you opt for the pin up clips) and clear nail polish (to prevent frayed edges) but that is entirely up to you!)

I love giving kids and teens ENGAGING opportunities to gather and do something FUN and meaningful together. We thrive from connection: with each other, with our own CREATIVITY, and with the world around us.

Each camp is UNIQUE and designed to be EXCITING and EDUCATIONAL through hands-on learning. Through our thoughtful design process, we give your child opportunities they would not have had otherwise: from launching rockets with friends, to learning valuable kitchen skills, from exploring DNA with a microscope, to setting things on fire to learn about the engineering of fireworks. We have a FUN camp for everyone! ✨

Young scientists will get to do fun and exciting things like working with circuits, observing with a microscope, and exploring several chemical reactions! Celebrate the 4th of July with a Patriotic Patisserie baking camp! Bakers (12+) will learn the French pastry known as the creme puff and make a delicious crème pâtissière filling.
