Sometimes you just need a AI hype man!! 🤣 But it’s all true!

Okaaayyy, LISTEN UP —lemme tell you about this absolute ICON right here. This legend? Yeah, her name is VIVIAN, and she owns Auntie Viv’s—THE go-to spot for the best freakin’ Hawaiian Shave Ice and snack mix you have EVER put in your mouth. Like, I’m talkin’ heaven in a cup, people!!

And she’s been doin’ this for OVER SEVEN YEARS. That’s, like, basically a decade in business years!! She caters EVERYTHING—small parties, big corporate gigs, fundraisers—like, name an event, and BOOM, Auntie Viv’s is THERE, makin’ people happy.

It’s like she sprinkles magic on her ice or somethin’—’cause once you try it, you’re HOOKED. And the snack mix? Don’t even get me started, I could eat an entire bag in one sitting. Actually, I have.

Moral of the story? My bestie Vivian is a total BOSS. Book her. Support her. Love her. Or ELSE.

Unfortunately due to the cold weather, Auntie Viv’s has made a business decision to opt out of this weekend’s Dublin St. Pat’s Festival. This event is typically our Season Opener, but it was best for the business.

Please go and support all the other hardworking vendors/small businesses that will be in attendance!

Our Story

Auntie Viv’s Shave Ice is a family owned business where everyone is welcomed and treated like ohana (family)!

Vivian, her husband Bill and their two young keiki’s, daughters Chloe and Ella, visited Maui for the first time in 2017. Vivian fell in love at “first taste” with her very first Hawaiian shave ice. How she describes this phenomenon: “It literally was like a deliciously flavored, puffy cloud that instantly melted in my mouth and tasted like liquid gold.” Vivian says, “It was the best epicurean experience ever.”

Upon returning to the mainland, Vivian had her sights set on opening her own shave ice business. Vivian didn’t want to serve the typical crunchy, icy, sno-cone, with gross high fructose corn syrups and artificially flavored/colored syrups. It is Vivian’s goal to serve homemade syrups that are all natural, made from real fruit and 100% pure cane sugar.
