Things to know:
•There is a list of our units along with pricing in the photo tab in separate albums.
•A deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but do apply to your balance!
•There is a $50 delivery fee for addresses outside of a 30 mile radius of our home base and that is subject to change depending on distance. (We will let you know upon booking!)
•If you cancel your rental, we will still value the deposit amount if you reschedule within 14 days.
•The weekend is all day Saturday & Sunday. If you need any other day(s) - specifically, all day Friday, that must be communicated at the time of booking and will require an additional fee - unless otherwise negotiated.
•Balance is due in full at time of delivery.
•We require a clean open area for the inflatable unit free from any objects that could puncture, tear, or contaminate. (This includes any garbage, sticks, large roots, pinecones, pet f***s, etc.) If the space provided is not suitable, we reserve the right to cancel delivery and booking deposit will not be refunded.
•We will accommodate your choosing of the space desired for set up, however, there are factors we must also consider. Units must be on the most level surface of your yard, or aiming slightly downhill. Height must also be considered so that the unit is away from power lines or tree limbs.
•It is necessary for you to have a working power outlet for the blower to be plugged into. If you wish to have water hooked up to the unit, there must also be a water spicket within a reasonable distance from the unit and hoses provided.
•If you rent more than one unit or a unit that uses more than one blower, it is very possible that your breakers will flip and not allow more than one blower to work at the same time. If this is the case, the blowers will have to be ran to plug ins that are on different circuits - or you may consider a generator. If you have a refrigerator, freezer, or air conditioner on the same circuit as a blower, there is a great chance that the breakers will flip. Please consider your power sourcing when deciding which units(s) to rent and where to place them.
•We come with complimentary extension cords but water hoses must be provided.
•The water hose is only velcroed in the hose tube, therefore, this does allow a a steady flow of water down the outside of the inflatable unit. As long as there is a steady stream of water on the slide, this is normal. If your hose is on full blast, more water will go down the side of the unit rather than down the slide portion.
•It is normal to feel air blowing out of the inflatable seams.
•Do not allow any animals on or near the inflatable unit! Units are inspected before and after use. It is disrespectful to let your dog walk around/potty on a deflated unit with muddy paws and toe nails that puncture.
•No shoes, boogie boards, skim boards, bikes, scooters etc. allowed on inflatable units!
•Our delivery and pick up times are determined the day of - with consideration of the most efficient route for completion. You will be contacted within a reasonable amount of time to notify you of the delivery or pickup timeframe. We will do our best to accommodate any specific time requests.
•Sometimes deliveries - but mostly pick ups - are LATE. We have a lot to do in a short amount of time. Please don’t be offended if we’re in your yard past dark. We will be respectful with noise levels.
•It is best for someone to be home at the time of delivery - but sometimes our timing can’t match up. Understandable. If you cannot be home for delivery you may send a picture or two of where you want the unit set up. We will set it up in a way that makes sense in coordination with your pictures if the space is suitable.
•You MUST sign our waiver on delivery. If you are not home you MUST complete the waiver on our website.
