In the fall of 2015, Eddie had a vision for the former Lithuanian Independent Club building and he surely made that vision come to life. Blood, sweat and a lot of hardwork went Into restoring the entire building and bringing back to life the basement area as well as the original bowling lanes.
Over the last 9 years, many special memories have been made here at “Luigi’s Villa” and the “Litt’s Event Center” This year, a difficult decision to sell the property was made and we now are thrilled this beautiful building will continue on and be occupied by Life Community Church.

From weddings to baby & bridal showers, school banquets, proms, graduations, fundraisers, birthdays, Christmas parties & celebrations of life…we were honored to share the moments with you! ❤️
