Smokehaus Farm We are a gourmet shop offering artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, beeswax products, and raw honey. Our curated charcuterie boards shine with local flavors.

Currently at SwedeNSour Bakery, a permanent location is coming soon. With a rich background in farming and homesteading, we have extended our passion into an online gourmet shop that blends artisanal foods, locally sourced ingredients, and unique flavors. We believe in quality and regenerative farming practices. We offer a variety of products, including our signature charcuterie boards, gourmet foods such as local and imported cheeses and charcuterie and a line of handmade products directly from our farm, such as goat milk soap and beeswax items. Our online shop provides convenient delivery and pickup options. Our farm stand will be open sporadically around major holidays.

I made some gorgeous, silky honeynut squash soup this week. If you're not familiar with honeynuts, they are a smaller kind of butternut squash with a smoother, almost custardy texture and naturally sweeter taste. I will be experimenting with this beautiful squash all fall, so stay tuned for more goodies! The soup is available online (link below) and bakery.

I made some Perrystead Dairy samplers for you all to try. They'll be Swede 'N Sour Bakery tomorrow inside my little fridge. Also, the Atlantis cheese is at its peak ripeness at the moment - so creamy and gooey, I literally moaned out loud when I tried it this afternoon. So, come grab yourself a wheel before they're all gone! The bakery will be open tomorrow between 8 and 2pm.

Perrystead is an award-winning Philadelphia creamery crafting original cheeses with exceptional Lancaster cow's milk. This special lineup includes the creamy herbaceous Intergalactic, the seawater washed Atlantis, the tangy Real Philly Schmear, and Madcap, made using an ancient thistle rennet technique. Three grown women, one suitcase full of cheese, and a trip to Fishtown. 😆 I headed to Fishtown, Philadelphia with my girlfriends on Friday for a cheese adventure at Perrystead Dairy and got to meet cheesemaker Yoav Perry and learn about his incredible cheeses. We finished the day with an unforgettable dinner at Suraya before heading home with a suitcase full of cheese. I'm excited to feature Perrystead Dairy all month long at Smokehaus Farm.
