⚠️ Scheduling & Timing Policy ⚠️
To ensure a smooth and successful event experience, all event details—including setup time, event start time, and event end time—must be provided at the time of booking or prior to contract acknowledgment.
Our event schedules are carefully planned in advance and account for logistics, travel, staffing, equipment allocation, production timelines, and other client commitments. As such, any changes to event timing after booking may create scheduling conflicts or require adjustments to staffing and resources.
While we will make every effort to accommodate changes when possible, modifications to setup, start, or end times cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees or cancellation based on availability and operational impact.
