Y’all asked for it, Berthoud, so we’re bringing it back home!

Join us on Saturday, June 20th at Berthoud Brewing Co from 2–5 PM for an afternoon of live Louisiana crawfish, cold beer, live music, and good company.

We’ll be boiling crawfish all afternoon long, served up the way it oughta be with Cajun seasoning, citrus, and plenty of flavor. Want to make sure you don’t miss out? Reserve your crawfish ahead of time and we’ll have it ready for ya.

And don’t worry… the Bayou Smokehouse food truck will be open too, serving all your favorite smoky Southern treats and Cajun eats throughout the event. From pork belly and wings to jambalaya and more, we’ve got you covered.

🔥🐊 BERTHOUD DAY WEEK! 🐊🔥

This week may only have two stops, but one of ’em is a BIG one.

Thursday we’re kickin’ things off at Timnath Beerwerks Fort Collins for Trivia Night, serving up our smoked Southern treats and Cajun eats from 4–7:30 PM.

Then Saturday it’s time for Berthoud Day! 🎉

For decades, Berthoud Day has been the unofficial kickoff to summer, bringing the community together for live music, local vendors, food, drinks, kids activities, and a full day of small-town Colorado fun.

We’ve lived in Berthoud for over 5 years now, so getting to be part of this event as Bayou Smokehouse means a lot to us. We’ll be serving all day at Town Park from 11 AM – 7 PM, so whether you’re spending the day at the festival or just stopping by for lunch, come find us and grab some of the best tastin’ bad decisions around. 😎
