Reminiscing on the beautiful Valentine's theme gala we put together for Meals on Wheels Greer ()

The little details made the evening so special and memorable.

This Gala was a fundraising event for Meals on Wheels Greer, and planned with local vendors, executed with volunteer support and produced on a nonprofit budget. Here's who we worked with and how we made it happen:

Going to a Wedding Festival this weekend?

A little intention goes a long way. Here are three simple tips to make the most of your time:

1. Pick your top three non-negotiables
Before you arrive, decide what matters most. Spend your time with vendors who support those priorities.

2. Ask questions that help you picture the day
Ask how vendors work and how they support couples on the wedding day.

3. Take notes when something excites you
If a vendor really stands out, jot it down right then. Those notes will be gold later.

These are the same tips we share with our couples before every wedding show.
Wedding festivals should feel inspiring, not overwhelming.
