Effective immediately, new policy:

Full payment for orders is due as soon as mock-up is approved.

No materials will be ordered and no work will be started without payment.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but I have been left with custom items that I can’t resell and therefore am out of pocket that money.

This applies to all customers, including family and friends.
