Downingtown West Post Prom Party

Downingtown West Post Prom Party Event hosted at the school, free for all senior students. We need your support to continue to provide this fun and safe post prom event for the West seniors.”

Our goal is to keep students in a secure space, helping them avoid potentially risky situations while ensuring a memorable night for all. The Post Prom Party is a parent supported event which is privately funded through the generous donations of local businesses and West parents.

Post Prom provides a supervised, substance-free celebration filled with games, food, entertainment, prizes, and activities that keep our students safe while making lasting memories with friends.

The last day to order your Yard Signs and Banners is March 27!

We’ve already begun delivering signs and banners for families who placed their orders and whose items have been produced — it’s so exciting to see them displayed! 🎉

As in previous years, we will have a designated pickup date at West. The West pickup will take place on a weekend in April after all signs have been produced. Additional delivery dates are being offered to provide more flexibility for families; however, the West weekend date will be the final pickup opportunity.

📅 Delivery dates will be shared in the Principal Newsletter, where you’ll also find the ordering links.
