Thank you...
I am writing to formally resign from my position as Coordinator of Black Family Celebration, effective February 28, 2025.
This decision is not easy, as I have greatly appreciated the opportunities for growth and development that I have experienced during my time with Black Family Celebration. I am grateful for the support, guidance, and camaraderie I’ve received from my board, our sponsors and the community, and I have learned a great deal from you all.
I will do everything I can to ensure a smooth transition and to complete any outstanding tasks. If there is anything further, I can do to assist during this time, I most certainly will.
Thank you once again for trusting in me to organize Black Family Celebration. Dowagiac will forever be home for me, and I wish our city continued success in the future.
