Today's event was for Farm Bureau at the U of A Fruit Research Station. One of the most gorgeous drive in Arkansas, Hwy 818!! Before we left they gave us some amazing blackberries! Menu: taco bar; taco beef, taco chicken, rice, beans, corn tortilla boats, flour tortillas, queso, salsa, chips, sugar cookies, macadamia nut cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and peanut butter cookies.

Thank you Aquilar family for asking us to cater your special day at the gorgeous Horsehead Lodge Venue. 24ft grazing table for 300 guest was fun! Menu: grazing tables, lasagna, baked chicken breast, penne pasta, Alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, salad, ranch, raspberry vinaigrette, Italian dressings, garlic bread and tea.
