IMMEDIATE HIRING: Experienced Floral Designer
Busy, Well-Established Flower Shop – Morris County, NJ
Our shop is heading into our busiest season of the year, and we are looking to hire an experienced floral designer ASAP to join our team.
We are a high-volume, well-established flower shop in Morris County, New Jersey, and need a designer who can confidently step into a fast-paced holiday environment.
** This position requires:
* 3–5+ years of in-shop floral design experience (not home-based)
* Speed, efficiency, and strong design skills under pressure
* Experience with everyday arrangements, holiday work, and sympathy pieces
* Knowledge of POS & wire service systems
* Ability to handle high order volume while maintaining quality
* Dependability during peak weeks and weekends
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills & good customer service skills
** Responsibilities include:
* Designing daily and holiday arrangements
* Filling high-volume orders accurately and on time
* Assisting with holiday production, events, and shop workflow
* Helping maintain a clean, organized design space
* Flower processing & prepping
