“In this playful, hands-on workshop, we’ll transform the emotional tides of puberty, PMS, perimenopause, and menopause into bold, expressive puppet characters. Using socks, scraps, googly eyes, and a healthy dose of humor, we’ll give shape and voice to the moods we’re often told to silence. Participants are invited to explore the deep wisdom, wild swings, and raw power of their emotional experience—not as something to fix or hide, but as something to celebrate. Whether you feel like a storm, a spark, or a soft fog, your puppet will hold it all. No puppet experience needed—just come as you are, and let your beautiful chaos take form.”

“Join Spirit Wise herbs in a discussion about ways to move through grief with the support of herbal allies. Together we will talk about simple rituals and practices to bring comfort and connection to those grieving a loved one.

Vero has been practicing the art of herbalism for 15 years. She studied at Misty Meadows in Lee, NH and started Spirit Wise Herbs with her sister Erika Shoukimas in 2017. Together, their goal has been to guide people to their plant allies and teach the simple and important fundamentals of herbalism and herbcrafting. They opened Spirit Wise Herbs and Magick in Portsmouth, NH in 2024.
Vero has practiced as a priestess of the craft for over a decade and now teaches classes on using herbs for medicine and magick. “

Virgo and Pisces are lit up in this shadow dance, and there will be opportunity for participants to learn about these signs in depth and consider them in our own lives.
