When Dominique, said she wanted an intimate pink brunch where her guests could let their hair down and have fun, I knew The Hive on Loockerman was the perfect fit. I’d been waiting for a chance to support, my sister Chevonne (whose hospitality is top tier), and to add my touch to her beautiful venue. We draped the space in soft pink with touches of gold, dressed the tables in textured soft pink linens and ch*****ne napkins, pampas grass centerpieces with gold flatware and amber goblets. Guests sipped mimosas and enjoyed a Southern-style brunch menu provided by The Vibe Catering. And the red velvet cake, chocolate covered strawberries, and strawberry and salted caramel cupcakes was the icing on the cake (pun intended) by Memories By The Bite.

Every event I am blessed to plan or design holds a special place in my heart. However, celebrations for my girls feel even more special, maybe because that’s how it all began — with their birthday parties (IYKYK).

We followed the school’s theme and I loved bringing Auri’s Arabian Nights themed prom send-off to life.
