Rachel DiEmidio, LPCMH, is a Delaware-based author, licensed mental health therapist, and mom of two who believes the messy, uncomfortable parts of motherhood deserve just as much conversation as the beautiful ones. Inspired by her own pregnancy and the realities nobody seemed to talk about, Rachel wrote her debut memoir, The Unfinished Mother, to bring honesty, humor, and connection to experiences so many women navigate quietly. She’s also the founder of The Rooted Chapters, a growing community centered on parenthood, mental health, and personal growth. Through her writing, Rachel hopes to remind women and mothers that they deserve to feel heard, seen, and understood—even in their most unfinished chapters.
