Alexis was eight and Matthew was ten when she moved in next door. Neither could have imagined that growing up next to each other would one day lead to forever. Years of shared memories followed, and then came a high school prom invitation that turned their story into something even sweeter.

Years later, in a quiet corner of Longwood Gardens, Matthew asked Alexis to spend her life with him. Back home, their closest friends and family were waiting for a surprise engagement celebration — the sweetest way to welcome this brand new chapter. 🥂

At King Cole Farm, that chapter became a promise. Alexis’s beautiful gown and veil from Maison Noire Bridal were paired with a touch entirely her own: hand-embroidered Converse featuring their wedding date and florals inspired by her bouquet. Every thoughtful detail made the day feel so beautifully theirs.

Beyond the beauty of their wedding is the life they’re so excited to share. The everyday moments, the joy of continuing to grow together, and the hope of one day starting a family.

Matthew & Alexis, capturing your wedding was SUCH an honor. From childhood neighbors to husband and wife, you’ve already shared so many chapters — and now you get to write the rest together.
