Today was a day of mixed feelings. We were able to distribute some of the donated food, clothes, and toiletries from our friends, family, and SBFC customers. Although my heart was full knowing we could help, the extensive need made our efforts feel insufficient. There is still much work to be done. The St. Elizabeth team will continue distributing to other areas, but please be aware that NEW RIVER, ST. ELIZABETH still in need of assistance.

P.S. We want to give a SPECIAL thank you to the Jamaican Ex-Soldier Association (JESA)Atlanta & Jamaica Chapter for getting the barrels to Jamaica and for CARING HUB for working with JESA to clearing & storing the barrels. SBFC truly appreciate & recognize your hard work!

Saturday, December 20th, marked the final day of St. Bess Finest Cuisine. This moment is bittersweet, and we hold it with deep gratitude and care.

To our incredible team, thank you. Your hard work, dedication, and heart are what made St. Bess more than a restaurant. You showed up every day and poured yourselves into this place, and that will never be forgotten.

To our community, the love and support shown—especially on our last day, meant more than words can express. You showed us that St. Bess was never just about food, but about connection, culture, and family.

This chapter is closing, but the impact, the relationships, and the memories will live on. We move forward with gratitude, humility, and hope for what’s ahead for every person who was part of this journey.
