🎯 External Motivation Isn’t a Bad Thing
Not every day comes with inner fire — and that’s okay. Sometimes we need external motivation to get started.

🧠 External motivation = being driven by outside forces, like:

A deadline

Accountability from a friend

A reward (yes, even your favorite snack or show!)

Wanting to show up for someone you care about

✨ It’s not “less than” — it’s human.
If brushing your teeth feels hard, but you do it because you’re heading to an appointment, that still counts. That’s still showing up.

Over time, external motivation can lead to internal momentum. Start where you are, not where you think you “should” be.
