🎬🐗 The Boars Abode After Dark — Episode 27: Classified: The Original Crew
As we near the end of this series, we’d be remiss not to mention the crew that started it all.
Photographic evidence of this crew is pretty hard to come by, and these two pictures are basically it. One shows Aaron with enough ducks to prove he actually hunts. 🦆 The other shows Bruce, who pretty much grew up alongside this duck-hunting crew.
Eleven years ago, we met a group of hunters from the Cities while celebrating a friend’s birthday at The Prairie Inn in Morris. The following year, they became our very first guests at The Boars Abode.
Eleven years later, they’re still coming back every fall, like the migratory birds they hunt. 😂
The friendships have grown, the stories have multiplied, and the photographic evidence remains suspiciously scarce.
Some memories belong in your heart and are best kept safely off the internet. 🍻🦌😅
