We are looking for more people who would possibly be interested in an 1/8 of a beef bundle? I have one person interested so far.

I'm going to try to answer as many questions as possible in this post.

💥 We've never split the beef smaller than a 1/4. This is our way to help our producers sell more beef to local customers. If you are a producer interested in selling your beef this way, let me know. This is also our way to help our customers know what is going into their freezer! Born, raised, slaughtered and processed in Nebraska!

💥 What comes in an 1/8 of beef? All steaks would be cut at 3/4".
3-4 of each steak. Ribeyes, sirloin, Tbones.
2 chuck roasts
Beef ribs
1 Round roast
Roughly 20-25lbs of ground beef
On average is roughly 50lbs of meat depending on the weight of the beef.

💥 Can I just grind my whole 1/8 of beef?
You sure can, but it will still cost you the same and you lose out on some awesome cuts of meat

💥 What is the turn around on this?
The beef have to be delivered and then we hang the meat for a minimum of 14 days before processing.

💥 And the biggest question of all! What is this going to cost me? It won't cost your health. It won't cost your peace of mind. The average quarter of beef is roughly 850, depending on the weight of the beef, plus processing. So an 1/8 of beef is going to be around 425.00 for the beef and around 160 for the processing. Actual pricing depends on the weight of the beef. There is a 200.00 non refundable deposit that goes directly to the producer for the beef itself.

Cheaper beef doesn't mean better beef. And it does nothing to support your local farmer. Purchasing a quarter of beef is expensive. It is. But it's an investment in your health and our economy. They put so much into these beef that even with the high prices, they're struggling to break even. So many producers have sold off everything they have because its not lucrative.

Be proud to know whats in your freezer.
