End of the Trail Catering

For those who dont personally know me, my name is Shannon. Every year, for the past 4 years, I have provided lunch for our local veterans, their family and friends at our local American Legion at no cost. This as always included an option of two different types of shredded meat sandwiches with all the sides and all the fixings. Any left over food goes to those who our homebound. Last year I needed to ask for a little help getting everything because of circumstances. This year, I unfortunately have to ask for some help again. I will not let those who served our country go without. Any help you can offer, would be greatly appreciated. I will make sure it is known who helped, and if you wish to remain anonymous...I can do that too. I will gladly provide any person who asks with receipts to prove that it went towards the food that I will prep and serve. I can either pick up donations in person, can be dropped off, or for those who are out of town...I can provide my Venmo. Anything that is left over, I will donate to the Legion.

Come on out for the Fall Festival supporting Battle Rock. Lots of fun games for the kids, a costume contest, car show, music....and of course....FOOD!! A portion of all our sales will be donated ... COME ON OUT FOR OUR LAST EVENT

Come on out this Saturday for our last big event of the year! We will be up and serving our delicious regular menu, including fries, and my award winning green chili! Tons of amazing vendors, a car show, bands, and tons of stuff for the kids to do!

We are set up and serving at this new adorable outside bar in Dolores. It is called the Dolores Bike Hostel. The address is 507 Central Ave, Dolores, CO. Drinks, company and food are amazing.

Looking for something fun to do tonight? Looking to not have to cook dinner while doing that? Well we will be set up and serving at the Montezuma county Fair grounds! Come enjoy the great show and grab some amazing grub! As usual, cash and card accepted and to go boxes are available

Is tonight graduation night? Yes. Is it the first third Thursday in Cortez? WHICH means that a bunch of people are going to trying to find parking on Montezuma? Also, Yes. Is it also graduation night...and EVERY restaurant in town is going to be crazy busy? Yes! Let me offer you a fun quick and charitable solution.....
We will be set up at the American legion Post 75 serving our classic menu and trying a few new items, from 5:00 to 8:00 tonight. As usual cash & credit are accepted and to go boxes are always available.! New menu items you ask? We are talking steak sandwiches, cheesy bacon potatoes, caramel apple pie and peach cobbler
Oh and did I mention there's three other food trucks available to choose from.

We are set up and serving up our delicious food at the Four Corners Home & Garden Show this weekend. Come on out and see all the vendors and grab some grub. Saturday there is a car show too.
