Recently, I'd looked back on how much time had passed since taking drawing lessons with
So, I boarded the accountability train and challenged myself to draw something everyday for the rest of the summer.

After a busy day of face painting on Saturday, I sleepily sat at my desk drawing cartoon animals. 😴 Little did I know how helpful that practice would be the following day!

I loved the challenge of painting this Zodiac inspired arm design; I had a blast chatting with this kind gentleman; I gracefully accepted the compliment when an onlooker told me I should do real tattoos. 😱😂

Sharing my art gives me the opportunity to connect with so many great and interesting people.
I'm always so surprised how children are so willing to be open; how fearless they are.
Eyes closed and sitting inches from someone they've just met...they seize the opportunity for connection!
This one's innocent joy for life really touched my 💛.
I seriously was a little misty eyed!
