Our Story
Located in northwestern Illinois on Route 2 between Dixon and Sterling, Brandywine Banquet & Event Center provides the premiere wedding, celebration and business venue in northwestern Illinois. Known for its elegant atmosphere, welcoming staff, and delicious cuisine, the Brandywine has served as one of the most popular venues in the Sauk Valley since its establishment in 1976. Built to resemble the wayside inns of old England, its rustic design was made possible through the use of huge 100-year-old timbers, and bricks, steel, glass, and other building materials salvaged from local buildings. We currently offer our Grand Ballroom, Main Ballroom and Brick Room for weddings, receptions, celebrations, events, fellowship and corporate meetings. The venue boasts three large wooden dance floors, a building-wide PA system with wireless microphones, free Wi-Fi, projectors and screens, two full-service bars, floor-to-ceiling room dividers and dimmable lighting.
