The pretty tables are only half the story 🤍

A little behind the scenes from this one: Mother Nature had other plans and the rain put us behind on setup, so it was a full-on race to get everything ready before guests arrived. Thankfully, the bride has an amazing stepmom who jumped in and helped with arranging, placing, carrying, and doing whatever needed to be done right alongside me.

From directing setup and styling tables to making sure every last detail is in place & the cutest cake made by the brides MOH makes it safely to the table, wedding days are a whole lot of problem solving behind the scenes.

And somehow, it always comes together. ✨

The anticipation right before the walk down the aisle is one of my favorite parts of a wedding day 🤍

It’s usually just me and the bride for those last few quiet minutes…straightening the dress, calming the nerves, making sure everything is just right before one of the biggest moments of the day begins.

I’ve been lucky enough to stand beside so many brides in this exact moment, and it never gets old✨

Outdoor weddings are some of the most breathtaking celebrations but they’re also some of the most complex to execute. Every element depends on preparation, experience, and the ability to adapt when nature has other plans. Luckily for Brooke and Keagan the weather was a perfect fall day and they had a lot of family and friends come together in the weeks leading up to the big day to help bring it all together… the jr helper with the programs was just the cutest 💖
