Choice of proteins
* tri tip
* chicken (thighs or beer butt)
* pulled pork
* brisket
And of course, ribs

Choice of sides
* potato salad
* rice pilaf
* mac and cheese
* cole slaw (pairs great with pulled pork sandwiches)
* habanero beans
And our green salad served with homemade ranch

We heard that our business is cooking tomorrow for one of NAS food sales tomorrow, March 31. Unfortunately, this is NOT the case. So, for those of you who purchased plates under false pretenses, we apologize for any inconvenience.

With that being said, we very much so ENCOURAGE purchase of these plates, as our good friends are making them! Please support them and the cause as for which they are doing it for!
