Our summer pastries have been hit extra hard this year, and we have local legends to thank for it. Sourcing ripe, juicy peaches from The Peach Truck and sun-sweet blueberries from Blooming Acres Farm brought pure magic to our kitchen this season! 🍑🫐

All good things must transition, though. Come September 1st, we’re officially tucking away the summer fruits to make room for cozy fall spices and seasonal warmth.

Meet the heart of Petal & Crumb Provisions: our sourdough starter. He’s the secret (his name is Carlos) behind every single thing we bake. Because we don’t do "instant" around here.

From our signature loaves and chewy bagels to our flaky biscuits, everything gets its depth, tang, and perfect texture from a slow, patient fermentation process. It’s a labor of love, but tasting that built-from-scratch flavor? Absolutely worth the wait. 🥖✨
