WE’RE HIRING!

Do you enjoy organized chaos? Can you survive the dinner rush without crying in the walk-in? Do you know that “Behind!” isn’t a threat?

Perfect!!! We’re looking for someone 18+ to join our kitchen crew.

Hours:
Tuesday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–9:30 PM
Friday & Saturday: 4:00 PM–11:00ish
🙌 Closed every Sunday & Monday.

Pay: Based on experience.

What you’ll be doing:
• Food prep
• Washing dishes
• Keeping the kitchen clean
• Stocking and organizing
• Helping the line during the dinner rush
• Taking out the trash
• Sweeping & mopping
• Other glamorous kitchen duties that keep the place running.

You don’t need to be a chef. You just need to:
✅ Be at least 18 years old.
✅ Show up.
✅ Work hard.
✅ Be a decent human.
✅ Understand that “just one more ticket” is usually a lie.

SURPRISE! Remember when we were dropping all those hints about what was coming to One19 on Tuesdays? Whoop, here it is! Desert Rose Taco Tuesday Takeovers 🌵 🌺 🍹 🌮 and we couldn’t be more excited.

Here’s the details:
Every Tuesday we will feature 2 tacos from the old Desert Rose menu. This week’s offerings: Avocado BLT and BBQ Tacos
Avocado BLT- Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, Ranch, and fresh Avocado 🥑
BBQ - Smoked Pork, Slaw, BBQ sauce, French Fried Onions, Crema & Cilantro 🌿

Of course we can’t leave out the MARGARITAS! Here’s the selection:
Slender Britches (regular skinny marg)
Triple Jam Margarita
Pineapple Gwen
No Way José (spicy marg)
Coconut Mojito
Paloma

The taco choices will change every week. We will also be serving queso with chips and salsa… because we loved that fire roasted salsa so much 💃

Of course…. HAPPY HOUR and all the mini kitchen goodies will still be viable for purchase.

And one more thing… tell us how a DRC margarita and a patio don’t sound like a BOMB Combo!!!
