Hey y’all! Only one week until our largest gig yet-
THE CMA’s BABY! We were one of 8 trucks selected for the incredible opportunity of serving on “Food truck Row” right in the center of the action for Nashville’s single-largest annual event, The Country Music Awards June 5-8. With attendance expected to be 350,000 + , it’s going to be a wild time for sure.

That being said, we still have this weekend to get through! Here’s our schedule until the CMA’s start on the 5th. June 2nd will be our last date out before we start prepping.

Another jam-packed weekend ahead of us! Here’s where to find the trucks this weekend:
Fri 5/23:
Magic Bus: Full Moon Pickin’ Party- Percy Warner Park- 5-9
New truck: Musician’s Corner- Centennial Park 5-9

Sat 5/24
Magic Bus: Musician’s Corner- Centennial Park 12-6

Sun 5/25
New truck: Musician’s Corner- 12-6

We will have the Mediterranean Pasta Salad on special as well as the gulf crab cakes on BOTH trucks!

No cubano’s on the new truck just yet- we are still waiting on our large flat top grill to arrive and I worry with the small grill that’s currently on the new truck, we would not be able to keep up with demand.

So come see us when and where you’re able- these are all going to be live music events that are fun for the whole family this weekend!

We had a very under the radar, soft opening of our second rig this past weekend at while our flagship Magic Bus was feeding the masses at the Bellevue Picnic with the Dream Team.

We kept it super simple, just Hauteburgers & Fries. We filled the built-in drink well with Liquid Death, Arizona & Coke products.

Our new iPad decided to turn into a paperweight so we used my phone and a square reader.

These were modest, raw times that reminded me of the very beginning of it all. It was a nostalgic day, and also a gigantic step into what will be an incredible future.

Most of our customers had no idea who we were. Some saw our name on our crude cut and pasted menu and immediately lit up with excitement. Regardless, everyone was happy to be a part of our first outing in the second rig, and they all loved the new truck. What a beautiful day in the park it was. 😎🤘

Hey y’all! The weather may have changed the plans for the debut of Food Truck Mondays for tonight 5/19 , but we still plan on being there to serve you our delicious food! We will be in the CSX parking lot from 5-9 instead of the Farmer’s Market Lot due to flooding from the early morning storms. We will have our Gulf Crab Cakes & Mediterranean Pasta Salad on special, as well as everyone’s favorite Smash Burgers, Cuban Sandwiches, Loaded Fries & More. 🚨 SCHEDULE UPDATE🚨
Unfortunately Downtown Dickson Food Truck Fridays has been postponed until 5/30 due to predicted thunderstorms during the event time, so we won’t be debuting the new truck tomorrow night.

However, We will still be at the debut of muscornernash musicians corner tomorrow night 5/16 in the bus from 5-9!

We now plan on debuting the new truck next Friday 5/23 from 5-9 at musicians corner, while the bus will be at the Full Moon Pickin’ Party!

Super Exciting News Y’all!

WE GOT A SECOND TRUCK!

That’s right, Hautewheels has added a second truck to our Fleet of Hunger Destroying Magic Vehicles. This means we can now effectively serve in two locations at once, drastically reducing the amount of times I have to tell clients that we are already booked for their requested dates. This truck was already outfitted and fully built out as a food truck, but we are swapping out a lot of the equipment to make it better fit our needs.

We will be debuting this truck this Friday 5/16 at Downtown Dickson Food Truck Fridays from 5-8, so come check it out and get some of your favorite Hautewheels fare from our second rig’s maiden voyage!

Here’s the rest of the schedule for the next while:

We’re set up at Oakmont Elementary for their annual walk-a-thon! Columbia First Fridays unfortunately got cancelled for this evening so this is our only outing for the day until tomorrow’s Old Timer’s Day in downtown Dickson!
