🚨 HAIL MARY 🚨
The Hautewheels Bus has once again broken down, right in the middle of one of the most important weeks of food trucking of the year. My mechanic is not available to look at it until Saturday, but we cannot miss Fairview’s 3rd of July event Tomorrow. I am looking for a mobile mechanic that can work on a 5.7 Gas Engine to hopefully get us rolling again. LOTS OF INFO BUT ITS GREAT AMAZING INFO!
Moving forward, we are going to get a little more burger-centric. Not just any burgers, but a lineup of 100% AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF Burgers! We are also ditching the standard fry oil and swapping to 100% USA MADE BEEF TALLOW! Also, no more “griddle oil”, or fake butter, we are using 100% CLARIFIED BUTTER! these are all huge changes that most companies won’t spend the money on, but just like with every culinary endeavor I’ve ever set out on, I’m here to bring you guys the absolute best quality possible.

It’s no secret that Since opening Wyldeflour I’ve struggled with what direction to go with Hautewheels. This is 100% that direction! Simplifying things a bit yet upgrading at the same time. I can’t wait to hear what y’all think once you try these beauties!
