It was an honor to welcome Governor Kelly Armstrong back to the August House today as the guest speaker for the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce Awards Luncheon.

We’re always grateful to open our doors to our community, so thank you to the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce for letting the August House host such a great afternoon!

About last week…

Not only were we gifted a beautiful day, with perfect weather and a stunning sunset, but we also had the privilege of watching the sweetest couple get married.

The love, joy, and happiness radiating from Brian + Angela was truly something special. Watching them walk down the aisle toward one another and share their first dance reminded me all over again why this work means so much to me.

The late nights and sore feet are beyond worth it when we get to help make days like this a reality. Seeing just how smitten these two are brought me so much happiness.
