The latest weather forecast shows the storms coming in earlier than expected, so I'm gonna setup as early as possible in hardin tomorrow to try to beat the weather. Keep your fingers crossed.

Never throw away your brisket trimmings or waist it making tallow. I just hit it with some rub and throw it on the smoker and crisp it up into unhealthy, but delicious snacks.
