Hello flower friends! Here is an update on spring happenings at our shop in Dexter.

🌼 We ARE growing potted plants and we have some custom designed hanging baskets that will soon be available for sale! Some things to keep in mind for our potted plant season:

🌱 We are growing spring and summer annuals, but on a much smaller scale than the previous owners did. We advise you to come early for the best selection. We will sell out fast! Some highlights that we have are: thunbergia, petunias, geraniums, begonias, mixed herb pots, memorial planters, and more!

🌱 We are NOT growing any vegetable starts, we have some wonderful local veggie farms that we can recommend for those.

🌱 Our greenhouses will NOT be open to the public. All plant sales will happen at the upper entrance and we will have a large display area there.

As we navigate our first year here we are deciding what works for us and our goals. First and foremost we specialize in growing seasonal cut flowers. Thank you all so much for your understanding and support. Plant sales will begin Wednesday, May 7th! ☀️🦋🌸

We are so excited to announce that we will be a vendor at The Great Home Expo in Bangor next weekend! We will have these amazing succulent gardens, as well as dish gardens, and of course fresh cut flowers. We will also have our Maine grown ranunculus that we started harvesting last week. 🌸

Just a reminder to everyone that our shop is closed on Mondays.

With our busy season starting to ramp up, we need this day to check boxes, prepare the shop, catch up on email responses, and so I can get a plan in place for my team for the week.

Happy March Flower Friends! 🌸

This spring like sun is giving me life. I am counting down the days to warmer weather and working outside. For now we are gearing up to plant in our unheated greenhouse. We have our second succession of pre-sprouted ranunculus and anemones, and our first spring plugs (Iceland poppies, stock, nigella, etc) from . I can’t wait to be harvesting these beauties in late May. ☀️🌱
