2021- WHAT 👏 A 👏 YEAR 👏.
Last January, I never could have dreamed of what was to come for in 2021. From live musicians to venetian hours, here are a few highlights:
I worked at 14 weddings this year both as a lead planner and also as an assistant to other local planners.
Olivia + Rob’s wedding at Bonnet Island Estate in LBI was a fantastic day filled with lots of surprises for Olivia, Rob, and their guests. From a classic car 🚘 to a “Congratulations” banner plane 🛩 to their choreographed Father Daughter dance 💃🕺 to “La Hora Loca” (the crazy hour) filled with live musicians 🎷🎸🥁, I’m not sure which surprise had the greatest impact on their guests, but I can say, each surprise made their day more special than the next.
Alicia + Jason’s wedding at South Gate Manor was absolutely stunning all around. 💐 With a last-minute pivot to the ballroom for their ceremony due to inclement weather, everything came together better than the guests could imagine. The food was plentiful (and delicious!) and the party was non-stop all the way to the very end ✨!
I want to give a major shout to Castiglione Events. Dara along with Cassie and the rest of the team have been phenomenal to work with this past year and I am so grateful for the opportunity Dara has given me to work as her "day of" VIP attendant. The weddings she puts together are weddings you only see in the magazines (or on Pinterest!) and it has been a pleasure to work with all of the Castiglione Events wedding VIP’s this past year.
I am so grateful for all of the couples and vendors I was able to partner with over the year. Thank you for your partnership and I cannot wait to see where 2022 takes all of us!
