There’s something magical about a bride who looks completely at home in her gown, and Clare absolutely radiated elegance on her wedding day.

Her romantic ballgown featured layers of soft tulle that created a dreamy, floating silhouette, while delicate lace appliqués gracefully cascaded throughout the bodice and skirt. The plunging illusion neckline added a modern touch, beautifully balanced by the gown’s timeless princess-inspired shape. Paired with a flowing veil and a bouquet of soft white blooms, every detail came together to create a look that was effortlessly enchanting.

Honored to be included in this Detroit Grand Prix community spotlight. 🏁❤️

While race weekend has come and gone, the impact of the Detroit Grand Prix extends far beyond the track. What I appreciate most is the commitment to creating opportunities for Detroit’s neighborhoods, small businesses, entrepreneurs, artists, and young people throughout the city. The Grand Prix has intentionally focused on connecting with communities and helping local businesses benefit from one of Detroit’s biggest events.

As a small business owner, I was grateful to share my perspective on what it means to see an event of this scale invest in the people and businesses that help make Detroit special.

Thank you to the Detroit Grand Prix team for including me in this project and for continuing to shine a spotlight on the businesses, neighborhoods, and community leaders that keep our city moving forward. Detroit always shows up. ❤️

Ask, and you just might receive!

Over the last few days, while representing Pink Poodle Bridal as part of the Detroit Grand Prix Small Business Straightaway, I had the opportunity to enjoy some incredible time in the Pit.

Ten years ago, I was fortunate enough to experience the Pit at Belle Isle. Being able to compare that memory to the Detroit Grand Prix’s return to the streets of downtown Detroit made this experience even more special. The Grand Prix moved back to downtown in 2023 after many years on Belle Isle, bringing a new energy to the city while honoring its history.

I’m grateful for the invitation, the opportunity, and the chance to play while I worked. Sometimes all you have to do is ask.

Thank you to everyone who continues to create opportunities for Detroit’s small business community to be part of major events that showcase our city at its best.
