Clients vision was delayed all due to vendors running behind schedule. It’s very important that a scheduled rundown is executed. Leave enough time for mishaps. Life happens and some situations are out of our control. Thank goodness it was freezing outside although this sculpture didn’t make it inside the party. Food Network

When the assignment is SHOW UP & SHOW OUT… you already know I understood it. 😮‍💨🔥🍉✨

From the custom fruit carving to the overflowing fruit displays and that Mr. & Mrs. Blue ice sculpture — this wasn’t just a setup, it was a whole EXPERIENCE. 💙

I don’t believe in doing “just enough.” If Charish Events is in the building, we’re bringing creativity, presentation, and a little bit of Who did THAT?! 😂

Productive Monday! 💛📅

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in event planning: give yourself TIME.

A successful event isn’t just about beautiful décor, amazing food, and the perfect venue—it’s also about making sure the finances are handled before the big day.

My goal is to have vendors paid in full at least 30 days before an event. That final month should be for confirmations, finishing touches, and those unexpected expenses that always seem to pop up—not scrambling to pay balances.

✨ Plan early.
✨ Budget realistically.
✨ Give yourself breathing room.
✨ Protect the vision AND your pockets.

Proper planning makes room for you to actually enjoy the event you worked so hard to create.
