If you have booked us for your wedding in any capacity PLEASE read this and then comment an emoji so I know you’ve read this.

Starting out, I want to say I’m incredibly thankful for each of you. Making wedding dreams come true is something I have a true passion for and I’m grateful you’ve all chosen us.

However, there’s a reoccurring pattern and I need to speak up about it. Before I go any further, this isn’t all of you and I’m not saying you would do this, I just want to prevent this from happening in the future.

Starting from here on out, I will not be doing any calls after 5:30p during the week. Call times will start from 10am. I understand a lot of my clients work until the evening, but for my family I have to set office/business hours. This also means I will not be responding to any messages after 6:00 during the week. Please refrain from double texting me to get a response. If our wedding that week is on a Friday, we will not accommodate calls/return messages and everything sent Friday-Sunday will be responded to Monday.

Please allow 24-48 hours for responses before texting again (this does not apply to weekends). The best way to contact me is through text/ messaging this business page. I mainly use our email for documents I ask you to email & vendor communication.

If you’ve booked us and are reading this, please actually go back and throughly read your contract again. It’s become a reoccurring theme that clients are signing without actually reading then become upset when we cannot accommodate things that aren’t previously agreed on or outside of our scope of services.

Wedding day: If you know we will be at your wedding 12+ hours you must accommodate us taking a 20 minute break for lunch to either get lunch or you can provide us with lunch.
We cannot accommodate any huge schedule changes less than 1 week before the wedding.

Lastly, we are human and we will be treated with respect, if this becomes a recurring theme we reserve the right to leave without a refund and this is listed in the contract you sign. Anything less will result in us leaving and our contract being void.

Again, I’m sorry I had to post this, but boundaries needed to be set. Thank you!

✨ A Friendly Reminder About Our Business Hours ✨

At Moments by Morgan, we strive to give every couple the attention they deserve while also being fully present for the weddings we’re coordinating.

Our business hours are:

🕘 Tuesday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Unless we have a Friday wedding that week, in which case we may be unavailable on Friday.)

Please allow 2–3 business days for a response before sending a follow up message. We truly appreciate your patience while we work through messages in the order they’re were received.

Weekend Availability:
We do not respond to messages or schedule calls on Saturdays or Sundays, as our weekends are dedicated to serving our wedding couples and ensuring their special day runs seamlessly.

Thank you for understanding and respecting these boundaries. They allow us to give every couple including you the highest level of care and attention. We appreciate you! 🤍
