Sorry for the late post! We had a slight injury on our end and things got a little behind — but no worries, we're powering through and we will be there this Sunday bringing all the spice and soul.

We’re serving up sell-out favorites only, so come early because these dishes never last long:

🍤 Succulent shrimp two ways — fire-grilled skewers and juicy, flavor-packed shumai. Because one shrimp dish just isn’t enough.
🍜 Hmong Kapoon — rich, savory, and soul-hugging. A total crowd pleaser that always brings someone to tears (in the best way).

Shrimp shumai is usually known for its savory, slightly sweet, and umami-rich flavor with a delicate, bouncy texture. But ours takes it to the next level. We hand-mince the shrimp and carefully blend it with just the right mix of fresh herbs and ingredients. The result? A bold, flavorful shumai with a subtle kick of spice and fragrant notes of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves that hit your nose before you even take a bite. One bite and you'll be hooked.
