After graduating from culinary school in 2009, she spent 12 years perfecting her craft at the prestigious Detroit Athletic Club. In December 2021, she joined Detroit Catering Company, and by June 2022, she was leading the charge as our Executive Chef.

With unmatched skill, a deep love for food, and an obsession with excellence, Chef Ashley brings bold ideas and flawless ex*****on to every plate we serve.
