At The 2020 Event Center , hall rental is 4hrs with a hour before for setup, comes with 10 tables and 40 chairs, (chairs only for talks) more available upon request for additional fee ($1.50per)… Decoration packages are available as well. NONrefundable Deposit is half to hold the date and the rest is due a week before the event and you can pay on it however you want up until then, there’s a small back patio, two bathrooms and a prep kitchen .. Hall capacity is

Events are secured with deposits/retainer only. Deposits/retainers are non refundable. No event goes on my calendar without a deposit/retainer. If the event isn’t on my calendar, I do not remember it exist. All payments are due a week before the event in full for social gatherings.. All payments are due the month before for weddings and large events. Payment options are always listed at the bottom of the invoice/estimate. It is your choice to decide what payment option to use based on the fees per transaction. My advice is to select the free option because you WILL be required to balance your invoice out No matter what fees you incur from YOUR selection. I will not pull inventory for your event until another payment has been made after your initial NON REFUNDABLE deposit has been made. Do not assume I work for you and only you. I have a small business and each event is equally important to me so all will be accommodated fairly and in an orderly fashion.

My team deserves their flowers for this one!

For Kailynn & Percy’s big day, MotorCity Celebrations did much more than decorate. My team and I coordinated the wedding, handled catering, provided the water & beverage station, provided waitstaff, and transformed the space with their Enchanted Garden vision.

Now listen… when we walked into this venue, it was bigger than Kailynn envisioned and honestly bigger than her proposed budget envisioned too! 😂 But we worked with what we had, made it do what it do and utilized as much of that space as possible, and brought the vision from concept to mockup to ex*****on. And most importantly, our client was happy with her decor that’s a reality I’m proud of.

But THIS post is really for my TEAM. 🥹👏🏽

A very special thank you to my biggest supporter Mark Gunn, and to Cassandra, Ms. Erin, Mamie Cooper, Joana T Roberson, Leanne, Bethany Tucker, Solaris, Madison, Aunt Pat Scott, Jeremy, and everybody else who had a hand in making this day happen. For this year’s Youth Spotlight Awards, MotorCity Celebrations brought the Hollywood experience with all the details. We added custom Walk of Fame stars for each nominee, welcome signage, backdrops & balloon decor, Table linens & complete table settings, favors and centerpieces

From the entrance to the tables, we wanted these young nominees to walk in and truly feel like the STARS of the evening. Because when we celebrate our youth, we make sure they know their accomplishments deserve the spotlight!
