When I work with you as your planner (whichever package you choose) I always include a Detail Meeting. In this meeting I gather all the information A-Z for your wedding day. Sometimes, it even seems like too much information (it’s 2-3 hours of questions!) How do you want your napkin folded? What are you having for lunch the day of the wedding? What’s the address of your Airbnb, even if no hair & make-up or photos are being done there? I always have a reason, I promise!

I had a couple get married and then planned a casual gathering/after party at a bar downtown. No hair & make-up or photos or really any events were happening at the airbnb the we’re staying at. However, I am so glad I had the address for the home because I got a call at 12am (as I was leaving cleaning up the venue and those guests were arriving to the bar) that the bride forgot her ID and couldn’t get in and no one remembered the address of the home. First, I understand safety but come on bouncer she’s in a wedding dress! Second, I was able to easily run to the house, grab her purse and get her into the party!

Yes, my questions are a little interrogating, but I always have a reason ✨

My main job on your wedding day is to make sure the timeline is executed: vendors show up on time, photos happen according to plan, etc. But more importantly, I am there to make sure you are okay. Sometimes couples don’t realize how exhausting all the formalities and excitement can be. Sometimes you just need a breather, and that’s okay too! More often than not, timelines change per the couples request halfway through the night (they might decide to skip the bouquet toss or skip formal cake cutting). I am always there to help/adjust however you need! I always remind my couples that it’s their day and we can do what works best for them and I’ll be by your side with water (or a cocktail) when you need it!😊
