The LoCo wedding for your enjoyment // Desert Hot Springs // May, 2025.

Being curious and feeling wonderment is restorative. Pursuing connection and choosing love is healing. Choosing the unusual is more fun. Courtney and Logan embody all of coolest qualities of artists. They’re tastemakers; open, thoughtful, inquisitive, brilliant, and focused. They’re very in love, and have a community that shines.

We chose options for their weekend that focused on the guest experience. Inviting all of their friends and family out to the desert to take over . Their guests arrived in high spirits, with the coolest style, and complete love for the couple. The venue and all of the design choices were ready to welcome them. The couple was married on water, saying their vows on a runway that was constructed that morning. Their tables were set with flowers cemented in ice. The genius created a gorgeous floral activation to start off dinner (see video). The music was ever playing, and the couple hosted several bands and DJ’s through the weekend to accompany each experience. It was all reflective of them, and we struck a joyful balance of a striking and dynamic design, while staying rooted in organic and earthy elements. An unforgettable weekend set in an energy vortex (ask ), surrounded by hot springs at every turn.

Creating art and sharing love is a reminder of our shared humanity. When the world is as dark and tumultuous as ours is, it’s vital that we connect and support.

Creating art, and prioritizing connection — the type of defiance we need more of 🤍

Alice and Justin directed each of their guests to their tables with a painting; a scene meaningful to them. Justin, an artist, spent months working on each layer of his paintings until he had completed all 130 of them. Alice’s dad hand carved the frames for each piece of art, and I was so impressed with their generosity of time, helping with such a dedicated project was a joy. Weddings are a special reprieve, and this day was no exception.

Much love to all of the vendors who are the artists who make it all real, more to come of course!!!!

We all walked many thousands of steps under the sun the weekend of Logan and Courtney’s Palm Desert wedding getaway.

In the middle of the desert guests soaked in mineral hot springs, dipped in the cool natural pools, and were never without a constant offering of quite the selection of sparkling waters. We all witnessed and celebrated a ceremony over water, followed by an evening of live music during dinner as dry ice smoked on the tables under the dark, clear sky. And as the best weddings go, everyone danced into the early hours of the morning

The logistics for, and the design of the LoCo wedding were tricky, but so very fun. It was a pleasure, and all paid off in a most unique, authentically them, water centric wedding at 💦

More of this kind of day. Soft textures and romantic florals brought outside to compliment what already exists at the beautiful — Pete & Colleen invited their friends and family to the best type of wedding; with love at the forefront, moments where everyone can’t help but cry, gorgeous drinks and food, and where the music never stops

There was more laughter and dancing than we knew what to do with, and these ten photos only reflect about two hours of the Obradovich’s day. I can’t get enough of shots. So much more to come from this weekend that felt like a dream. 💓

Hannah and Scott, a winter beach town wedding spent in the sun, celebrating with all of their closest people //

The mono floral design, a warm breeze in December, her billowing dress, and a rooftop pool made this intimate and loving day, a chic California affair. All of the love the two received was so deserving and emotional, and everyone stayed until they had to go home — a reflection of them and the wedding they wanted 🤍

Truly how does it all fly so quickly 🍋 it’s our happy one month-versary of Chantal & Reagan’s wedding, as Chantal wished me today (so sweet lol).

The day was wonderful. The June weather on its best behavior, giving us a fabulous California day at Monserate. The bride (the sweetest & funniest surgeon ever) was perfection, and seeing C&R experience their day with so much delight meant everything.

We designed tables with hand painted runners by my friend , the gorgeous florals were the work of , and the photos captured by are just as true to color as they are true to the feelings of this happy, beautiful day 🤍🤍
