Flight Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Represent our high-end products and liaise closely with our international airline Clients
- Manage, motivate and inspire a Team
- Supervise supply-chain: control the food production flow, ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
- Ensure correct number of meals for each flight are ready, delivered punctually, handed over to the aircraft crew according to the customers’ requirements in the most efficient way, satisfying the quality standards of DO & CO
- Support packing meals for each flight and delivering high end airline catering
- Identify problematic areas within the procedure, inform supervisor and implement corrective Actions
- Control and ensure requirements of hygiene, quality and food safety standards are fulfilled
- Assist inventory taking and ensure inventory deadlines are fulfilled
- Deliver all information for correct invoicing of all sold articles per flight
- Register, crosscheck and seal outgoing flights

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of work experience is beneficial
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Outstanding communication skills, hands-on approach
- Team player and excellent leadership skills
- Meet requirements for a Port Authority ID
- Flexibility: different shifts available (working on weekends + holidays may be needed)
