What a simply splendid Sunday morning it was when it was supposed to rain and did not - unlike what is happening as I write this - for a black tie family session!!

No one can top the Calls for their creativity and coolness as family. Last year we were at a farm - the year before we were exploring the CWE and the kids were jumping off of fountains. Jen Call, you never run out of ideas, and you are the only woman I know who can lead her family to do this many photos in 30 minutes!

I'm going to give props to Chad in this shoot, he brought his formal wear A game and at this point I might just have to call the entire family in to model at my day job 😎 Call Family, you are special OG clients to me, I never have to explain how to "fold in the cheese", you just get it when it comes to photo direction and it always shows! Thank you for every invite to make memories for you, and here's to many more! 💜

Who says family photos aren't fun?? Not me! I LOVED the vibe of this fun and wise cracking group who (whom? grammar apology if needed) are clearly also GREAT friends!

We were granted exclusive access to the very lovely Herbeck Lake property on 3/28 and enjoyed a perfect Friday evening with a light breeze and just a touch of sun (nature chef's kiss!)

The lovely trio of sisters you see in a few of the photos have been clients of mine since they were NEWBORNS!! 🥹 They have all grown into such wonderful joy filled ladies, which you can most definitely blame their amazing parents for, as you can see how much fun they have together. It seems like just last year that Rina was smashing cake at her first birthday photos!!

I'm not picking favorites, but their cousin Cooper was absolutely HILARIOUS and kept everyone's spirits high as I picked on clothes wrinkles and kept making people fix their hair.

THANK YOU Robyn and Ben for being amazing people and for inviting me to capture your spectacular family again this year! 💜

I am back from a LONG sabbatical, almost retirement, and few years of recharging my wedding battery - and ready to rock.

Hello friends! Fall is approaching and I am ready to book your outdoor session. Please e-mail me at [email protected] to book your session. (I've learned that Facebook messages may not be reliably received, so for organization's sake, e-mails only!) ALSO:

1. I am offering OUTDOOR only socially distanced sessions!
2. I am beginning to consider outdoor weddings (2022 and beyond) on a very limited basis (coverage of 8 hours or less) This includes local and destination weddings in the US.
3. My session prices have changed, so please take a look at my website!
4. Weekend sessions are now priced at a premium :)
5. All sessions now and forevermore will include a service agreement AND safety waiver.
6. I will only be updating my portfolio on my website, now and forevermore, so look there for new stuff!
