Our distinctive space is uncommon in its flexible functionality, uniquely suited for any situation with custom production capabilities and a floor plan as open as your imagination. With its urban, loft aesthetic, The Loft DSM is a stunning, event space which can be transformed from a contemporary lounge to a lavish reception space and everything in between. Features include 12′ high wood ceilings,

aged wood floors, 6’ windows on 3 sides for great lighting and 5000 square feet of event space, making your set up options limitless. The white backdrop wall allows you to choose the color scheme of your choice, making this space completely customizable to your event. You can choose from dramatic natural lighting for your daytime event or “paint” the room in the color of your choice with our LED lighting that is included in the base rental price. Dreamy purple, dramatic pink, serene blue, the choice is yours! Unlike most venues, the Loft DSM includes all the tables, chairs, floor length black or white linens, black or white napkins, banquet tables and cocktail tables all in the rental fee. Allow your imagination to run wild with possibilities for an extraordinary event at The Loft DSM!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Mother’s Day Brunch at The Loft DSM. We loved welcoming so many families and friends into our space to celebrate the day together.
We’re incredibly grateful for the support from our community and for everyone who chose to spend part of their holiday with us. It was a beautiful afternoon filled with great food, conversation, and special moments.
Thank you again for celebrating with us — we look forward to hosting you again soon at The Loft DSM.
