Sixteen years of weddings means sixteen years of ideas built up and tucked away, waiting for the right couple to come along with the right keywords.

Every florist has a mental vault. Dream palettes, moods, concepts that never quite found their moment. I decided it was time to open mine and share it.

Introducing my WannaDo's: the designs I'm itching to create, now available at passion project pricing for the couple who connects with them. You can find them in my highlight reels and I will be adding new concepts periodically, so make sure to keep checking back.

Shady Vines will be closed today through March 18th due to a personal emergency. During this time I won't be accepting orders, returning voice mails, or scheduling consultations. Today marks the end of our 2021 wedding season! Since I started in the industry over a decade ago, weddings have been my absolute favorite event to design and set up. But this year all the reschedules, changing restrictions, crazy market conditions, supply shortages, and the death of one of my dogs have made this the most difficult season of my career.

However despite all the craziness I would like to thank ALL the couples that booked with me this year. Thank you for trusting me to create floral designs worthy of your wedding. Thank you for your patience with my email responses. Thank you for your kindness and understanding that I would do the best I can to source the flowers we discussed during our consultations, and that if I couldn't get them I would still make your vision come together with different varieties. Thank you for being overall great people!

I am so lucky that the most gracious customers find me and book with me. I am extra lucky it has been like that since the birth of Shady Vines. I will always be thankful to all my clients (past and present) because you allow me to follow my calling. I just want to give an extra little thank you to this year's couples, who rolled with all the punches that the pandemic threw at them, and then still made it down the aisle. 🖤
